Medrovia is an operations platform for outpatient clinics, covering the unglamorous span from intake forms to follow-up reminders. It replaces the fax-and-clipboard layer that still runs much of ambulatory care, without asking clinics to rip out their existing medical records.
Founded in Boston in 2017, the company earned its early growth clinic by clinic, shadowing front-desk staff to understand where minutes actually go. That fieldwork shaped a product principle that still holds: every automated step must be visibly faster than the paper version it replaced, or it goes back to the drawing board.
