Planovae builds headcount and budget planning in one shared model. Founded in 2014 and based in Rotterdam, Netherlands, the team has stayed deliberately close to workflows that teams actually run every week.
The product started as an internal tool and grew through word of mouth among early customers. Today Planovae serves teams across Europe, and the roadmap stays intentionally narrow: do a small number of jobs exceptionally well. The company later listed publicly and continues to expand internationally.
